The vision of your special occasion can be brought to reality at the VFW. Centrally located to accommodate areas of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana.
The VFW has two areas in which to choose for your event: Hall with large dance floor (seating capacity of 275 guests) and our large outside pavillion.

Pricing guide:
Large Hall: $900.00
Time: 4 hours
Price includes set up for tables and chairs, clean up and two (2) bartenders. The security deposit is $300.00 and is required to confirm your reservation. Payment in full 30 days prior to rental date. (For weddings a champaigne toasts to include wedding part, parents and grandparents)
Small Hall: $150.00
Pavillion: $250.00
Price includes the use of picnic tables, tables and chairs, baseball field and restroom. Requires your own setup and cleanup. Additional $100.00 for one (1) bartender is available. The security deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve the rental date. (Bring your own food)
Alcohol or Non Alcoholic beverages policy
All soft drinks, beer and liquor to be purchased at the VFW. You may elect to prepay, open or cash bar for your requests. In accordance with the Ohio Liquor Control Board, absolutely no alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from the VFW.
For the PAVALLION only: You are allowed to bring NON-alcoholic beverages.
Food policy
Catering is not provides, and can be purchased and brought into our Facility. Our kitchen can be used for warm up only. There will be a $100.00 charge if the kitchen is not cleaned when finished.
Services and decorations
Arrangements may be made through our staff for decoration prior to the event. No confetti/glitter and candle flames need to be in a glass container with flame not higher than the top of the glass.
The VFW is a NON-smoking facility, please use designated areas.
Plenty of parking is available and the staff here at the VFW will make your day very enjoyable!
